Collyer Joins West Brom as Morrison Wins Battle with Hull

West Brom have struck a deal with United for the 22-year-old midfielder in a move worth an initial £3m, with the package potentially rising to £7.6m once add-ons kick in. United have also protected their investment with a hefty 40% sell-on clause, a clear sign they still rate his long-term ceiling.

That conviction has now been backed by the club’s cheque book.

The pressure finally told. Collyer has been persuaded to return to the Midlands and commit his future to West Brom.
